Shubham Lohlta, a young college graduate, initially pursued his passion for photography, capturing the world through his lens. However, in 2018, he made the pivotal decision to set aside his dream and return to his roots, joining his family’s ancestral apple orchard in Jubbal.
Driven by a desire to innovate, Shubham dedicated himself to learning the intricacies of modern farming techniques. Over the next 4-5 years, with guidance from experienced mentors and the unwavering support of his family, he mastered these techniques and prepared to take a bold step forward.
In early 2023, with a vision to transform his traditional apple orchards to modern apple farms, Shubham established his first high-density apple orchard.
The orchard has flourished, transforming Shubham’s vision into a successful opportunity to shift to modern apple farming, supported by the knowledge and encouragement of his friends and family.
