Shipping & Delivery
Purchases from SnowField Harvest are shipped from our facility using our in-house delivery team and trusted courier partners.
We offer same-day delivery, with orders processed according to the delivery date selected by the customer at the time of purchase.
Deliveries are made between 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, excluding public holidays.
For any concerns regarding your order, such as missing items, quality issues, or delivery problems, please contact our customer care within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot address complaints received after this period.
Payment Options
SnowField Harvest accepts immediate online orders through the Cashfree payment gateway .
Pricing Policy
All product prices listed are current but may change without prior notice. Prices are processed in Indian Rupees, and orders are acknowledged at the current pricing. We will charge the price in effect at the time of shipping.
Discount Policy
Discounts apply only to fruit collections.
Cancellation Policy
If the delivery address is outside our service areas or due to unforeseen circumstances/logistical issues, we may cancel the order. Additionally, if we suspect any fraudulent activity or any transaction that violates our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to cancel such orders at our discretion.
Returns & Refunds
Customers can return products at the time of delivery if they are unsatisfied with the quality or freshness. Customers are advised to make a box-opening video. We will return the returned product and adjust the order value for COD or process a refund for online payments. Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours.
